Datavizor Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 22, 2026
Open Matter Network, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“OMNI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides Datavizor at datavizor.openmatter.network. This Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the platform.
For account administration, billing, support, and our own business operations, OMNI determines how personal information is used. When we process personal information within customer workloads on an organization’s behalf, we act under that organization’s instructions and the applicable service and data processing agreements.
1. Information we handle
Depending on how you use Datavizor, we handle:
Account and organization information: Contact details, account identifiers, sign-in information received from your chosen authentication provider, connected wallet addresses, organization membership, and roles.
Billing and transaction information: Plans, billing contact details, payment status, usage charges, and network transaction records. Payment providers handle payment details under their own notices.
Platform activity: IP addresses, browser and device information, login activity, deployment and job identifiers, configurations, usage measurements, errors, and security records.
Customer Content and communications: Information you submit, connect, or make available through workloads, integrations, and support requests.
We receive this information from you, your organization, connected services, authentication and payment providers, and automatically through platform use. The information OMNI can access depends on the feature and its configuration; some content remains on customer systems or is processed in encrypted or masked form.
2. How we use information
We use account and operational information to run the Services day to day: to authenticate users, manage access, deliver support, and process billing. We also use it to troubleshoot problems, improve performance, and guard against misuse, and to meet our legal obligations. From time to time we may send service notices and other permitted business communications.
Customer Content processed on your organization’s behalf is used to deliver and secure the requested Services and follow its instructions. OMNI does not use that content to train general-purpose AI models without separate permission.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, legal obligations, or consent, depending on the activity. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
3. Who receives information
Information may be disclosed to:
Service providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, support, security, and analytics, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.
Your organization’s authorized users and administrators, according to their permissions.
Model providers, storage services, collaborators, and other recipients selected through your configurations or instructions.
Network operators that process workloads or maintain distributed records, with visibility determined by the feature and its protections.
Advertising partners for the purposes described below.
Authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety, and parties to a proposed or completed business transaction under appropriate safeguards.
Third parties you connect independently may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. For example, routing a request to a model or classifier sends content to that endpoint.
4. Distributed records and visibility
Datavizor uses a distributed ledger. Account identifiers, organization roles, deployment details, storage locators, and other operational records may be visible to network participants or others. Certain verification records may also be publicly accessible.
Encryption of a credential does not conceal every associated field or encrypt the underlying dataset. Avoid placing personal or confidential information in publicly readable labels, paths, or metadata.
Removing an account or changing a record does not necessarily remove historical copies maintained by independent network participants. This limitation does not waive your legal rights; we will address requests concerning information within our control as required by law.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Datavizor uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, usage analytics, and advertising measurement. Advertising partners may receive device and cookie identifiers, IP addresses, and page or event information, and may associate this information with activity across other websites.
Depending on the arrangement and applicable law, these disclosures may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising. You may reject optional cookies through the cookie notice and contact us to change your preferences or exercise applicable opt-out rights. Browser settings also provide cookie controls.
Where required, we obtain consent before using nonessential technologies and honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent essential platform functions.
6. Retention and security
We retain account, billing, support, and operational information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Services, maintain our relationship with you, protect the platform, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements.
Customer Content is retained or deleted according to the applicable agreement, instructions, and feature settings. Some runtime logs and results are temporary; distributed records may persist as described above. Copies in backups may remain until removed through the applicable backup cycle, with access restricted.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and protections depend in part on your configuration, connected providers, and management of credentials and permissions.
7. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where OMNI, its providers, or network participants operate. Applicable privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer safeguards; contact us for details or a copy of applicable safeguards.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request or complain to a data protection authority.
Send requests or appeals to info@openmatter.network. We may verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority. We respond within legally required periods and do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
For information controlled by your organization, contact its administrator first. We will assist the organization as required by our agreements and applicable law.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Necessary account, security, and billing messages may continue.
9. Children
Datavizor is intended for adult business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for their own platform accounts. Contact us if you believe a child has created an account or provided information directly to us.
Organizations processing information about minors through authorized workloads remain responsible for the required legal basis, notices, and safeguards.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent where required.
